Description and Images of products:
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions of products on the website are as accurate as possible. We cannot be held responsible for any errors relating to product changes which may include pricing, ingredients, descriptions, claims and images.
Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of colour accurately reflects the colour of the product.
We reserve the right to change prices on the website without notice.
All prices are quoted in GB Pounds and do not include VAT.
We take all reasonable care to make sure that all items are priced correctly, but it is always possible that an item may be incorrectly priced. If this is discovered to be the case in any products you have ordered, we reserve the right to inform you of the error where upon you will be given the chance to continue with purchasing the goods at the correct price or cancel your order.
We take all reasonable care to ensure that the available stock quantities are correct, but errors do sometimes happen and if upon receipt of your order we find that an item is out of stock we will contact you to offer an alternative product or a refund.
Payment processing is carried out directly through Paypal Secure Payment Gateway.
No Credit or Debit Card details are seen or stored by Boutique Bubbles and Gifts.
Please Note: You do not need to have a Paypal Account to pay by Credit/Debit Card

Delivery times are from the point of dispatch.
We will endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible, usually next working day from receipt.
All parcels will require a signature on receipt.
If you are not at home when the Royal Mail deliver your order they will leave a card with details on how to arrange re delivery or collect the parcel.
We will notify you when your order has been posted and also give you the Royal Mail Reference number which you can use to check its process using the Royal Mail tracking page https://www.royalmail.com/business/track-your-item
Delivery charges are based on weight and will be calculated at checkout.
The following options will be available
Parcels under 1kg
- Royal Mail Signed for Second Class £3.90 but only charged – £3.50 – Delivery time is usually 2 to 3 Working Days
- Royal Mail Signed for First Class £ 4.40 but only charged – £3.95 – Delivery time is usually Next Working Day
Parcels between 1kg – 2kg`
- Royal Mail Signed for Second Class = £3.90 but only charged – £3.50 – Delivery Time is usually 2 – 3 Working Days
- Royal Mail Signed for First Class = £6.50 but only charged – £5.95 – Delivery Time is usually Next Working Day
Parcels between 2kg – 5kg
- Courier Signed for = £6.50 – Delivery Time is usually 2 to 3 Working Days
**FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £50** (Royal Mail Signed for Second Class)
As deliveries are not made by Boutique Bubbles and Gifts we cannot guarantee that they will not be subject to delays.
Deliveries may also take longer during peak times, i.e. Christmas
Orders will be dispatched Monday – Friday (Saturday mornings in December)
Orders are not dispatched Weekends or Public Holidays.
We are entitled to delay or cancel delivery of any order if we are delayed, hindered or prevented from delivery through circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances shall include but are not limited to, Industrial Action, Accident, Fire, Terrorism, Act of God or failure to delivery by suppliers or carriers.
Consumer Contracts Regulations (distance selling regulations) and your right to cancel an order.
Under the distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on the website from the moment you place the order until fourteen days after the day you receive the order.
You must notify us in writing either via the Contact form on the website or email sales@email@example.com that you wish to cancel your order.
If you cancel before your order has been dispatched a full refund will be given.
If your order has been dispatched; (after contacting us as stated above) please return the goods in their original condition (products must be unopened and seals not damaged – due to health and hygiene issues, soaps and body products can only be refunded if unopened).
Please use a tracked service for returning the goods as all returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receipt of the goods a full refund, less the original delivery charges will be issued.
Damaged Goods/Incorrect Items
Please check your order on receipt and notify us via the Contact form on the website or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 if possible and no later than 7 days if you receive damaged or incorrect items. We will then contact you to discuss these items.
Damaged or incorrect items will need to be returned to us (unopened) and upon receipt a refund or replacement item will be issued.
Notification of damaged or incorrect goods submitted later than seven days from receipt of the order will not be accepted and no refund or exchange can be offered.
Please do not return any items until you have contacted Boutique Bubbles and Gifts.
