Returns:

Consumer Contracts Regulations (distance selling regulations) and your right to cancel an order.

Under the distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on the website from the moment you place the order until fourteen days after the day you receive the order.

You must notify us in writing either via the Contact form on the website or email sales@boutiquebubbles@gifts.co.uk that you wish to cancel your order.

If you cancel before your order has been dispatched a full refund will be given.

If your order has been dispatched; (after contacting us as stated above) please return the goods in their original condition (products must be unopened and seals not damaged – due to health and hygiene issues, soaps and body products can only be refunded if unopened).

Please use a tracked service for returning the goods as all returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receipt of the goods a full refund, less the original delivery charges will be issued.

Damaged Goods/Incorrect Items

Please check your order on receipt and notify us via the Contact form on the website or email sales@boutiquebubblesandgifts.co.uk within 48 if possible and no later than 7 days if you receive damaged or incorrect items. We will then contact you to discuss these items.

Damaged or incorrect items will need to be returned to us (unopened) and upon receipt a refund or replacement item will be issued.

Notification of damaged or incorrect goods submitted later than seven days from receipt of the order will not be accepted and no refund or exchange can be offered.

Please do not return any items until you have contacted Boutique Bubbles and Gifts.
